Description

We designed this barrel bolt to provide a simple, reliable way to secure internal doors and cabinets. Many standard latches use thin metal that bends easily, so we used a solid zinc alloy body to ensure it stays secure over time. The latch measures 56mm in length and 26mm in width, making it compact enough for small cupboards but strong enough for bathroom doors. The electroplated finish helps prevent the silver surface from dulling, even when used in damp areas like garden sheds or laundry rooms. Installation is straightforward. We've included seven screws so you have everything needed to mount the main body and the strike plate. You can install this bolt on either the left or right side of the door, and it works just as well for vertical mounting on trapdoors or hatches.
